The product is ok, quality is ok, but the ID and OD are not exactly as i wanted, there is a few % tolerance, which is still fine. What really bothers me, is that there was almost no communication from Juli Composites after payment was made, then the shipment was delayed past the agreed date, and additionally they provided Alibaba with wrong tracking information, to deceive them that the Order was on time. I also had to push my contact person for 3 weeks after shipping to finally upload these Informations, in order to complete the order and allowing for tax refunds and reviews. I am very disappointed as this behavior is highly unprofessional, even more so, because the product in itself is good.
